How it started
I started Up In Smoke four years ago after my mom passed away. It became a creative outlet—a way to make something meaningful while balancing my 9-to-5 corporate career.
Since then, I’ve been driven by one simple motto: I make cool things for cool people.
Functional art, made personal
I specialize in 3D-printed and laser-created gear: custom lighter covers, artwork, signs, and other pieces you won’t find at a typical merch booth or store. I also work directly with select artists.
Whether it’s celebrating a team, the music you love, or memorializing someone special, every piece is handmade and personalized to you.
Supporting the culture
I’m a fan first. I reach out to every artist whose work inspires a piece. When we partner, the artist gets a cut. When I don’t receive a response, a portion of the proceeds is donated quarterly to the American Cancer Society in my mom’s name and on behalf of the artist.
These pieces are about personal expression—not replacing official merchandise or trying to make thousands of dollars.
One-man workshop
No factories here. Every piece is made by me, right here in Jax, so I can make sure it’s done right.
Why no Etsy shop?
For now, working directly with people makes it easier for me to manage orders and stay creative. I never want this to feel like just another job. Keeping it personal lets me connect with buyers, manage my volume, and give each project the attention it deserves.
